Galactus

Fictional comic book villain hailing from the extended world of the Fantastic Four. Galactus was originally a Taa-an space explorer named Galan who gained cosmic transcendence by passing nearby a sentience ocean planet . Having experienced infinity, Galactus came to exist beyond time and space, pre-dating the Big Bang, and outlasting the heat death of the universe. His villainy takes the form not of ill intent, but of a complete absence of morality and unawareness of suffering. Galactus requires gargantuan portions of lifeforce for sustenance - leading him to casually consume planets for nourishment, inadvertently committing regular acts of mass genocide. His only weapon is a device called the "Ultimate Nullifier", a small handheld metallic device of unknown origin capable of destroying and remaking the Multiverse.
